A Nike SB Dunk Low "Phillies" Colourway Is Rumoured To Drop Soon

The Nike Dunk silhouette has embraced a plethora of motifs since its return to the forefront of the sneaker game. The Ben & Jerry's "Chunky Dunky," the "VX1000 Camcorder," and now the Nike SB Dunk Low "Phillies" are among the most prominent releases thus far.

This pair from the Swoosh brand's skateboarding division includes a sky blue tint and dark red—a tribute to the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team's iconic uniform color from the 1980s—and is expected to release alongside a high-top Dunk under the "Bubble Gum" pack during the summer season.

A tan brown rubber outsole with a pink spot near the heel imitates the look of stepped-on bubble gum underfoot. Regardless of the kind of use—casual wear or on the board—the SB Dunk retains its large foam-padded tongues that provide extra comfort forefoot. A bright white cushioned midsole completes the look and adds to the model's already comfy feel.

There is currently no other information on the Nike SB Dunk Low "Phillies" other than the fact that these photographs are merely a sample pair, but they may be released later this year.
