Since its introduction into the business in 1982, the Nike Air Force 1 has remained a fixture in everyone's collection. With its 40th anniversary approaching, the sportswear behemoth has teamed up with one of its long-time collaborators for a pair of collaboration mid-top Air Force 1s. Unlike the Stüssy x Nike AF1 "Fossil Stone" and "Black" from last year, which included hemp-woven uppers, this year's collection is made entirely of leather.
The panels are made of premium grain leather from heel to toe, with black portions over white underlays. On the lateral and medial sides, Nike's world-famous Swooshes are still there, as is the California-based brand's characteristic logo on the ankle strap and tongues. Additional Stüssy features can be found on the heel, including the label's interlocking SS insignia as a jeweled symbol and perforations on the toe boxes.
