Following a collaboration with the NBA's New York Knicks on the Air Force 1, community favorite footwear designer Ronnie Fieg returns to New Balance for another high-octane collaboration that has committed fans ecstatic. We have our first look at the upcoming KITH x New Balance 990v3 "Daytona," and we have no doubt that these will sell out immediately when they release.
The "Daytona" colorway was originally seen on the New Balance 1600 in 2013, and was inspired by Ronnie Fieg's early summer excursions to Daytona Beach. The water is represented by navy, beach sand is represented by cream and brown, and flamingos are represented by brilliant pink.
The color scheme of the NB990v3 "Daytona" is identical to that of the original NB 1600, with suede and mesh accents. This highly anticipated ensemble from Ronnie Fieg and KITH is finished off with "RF" branding on the forefoot lace dubrae, "KXTH" logo on the heel area, and a two-toned ENCAP sole unit down below.
For die-hard New Balance fans, the KITH x New Balance 990v3 "Daytona" is certainly a holy grail. The duo is rumored to be releasing in 2022.
