If you're looking for Beauty & Youth – the brand, not the product - look no further than the brand's latest twist on the legendary Reebok Club C 85.
We've seen creative teams from many brands take a particular interest in certain footwear shapes time and time again. Of course, we all have our favorites; whether it's for nostalgic reasons or just aesthetic reasons, we'll continue to lean toward a specific footwear or brand.
The silhouette in question for the Japanese company (a subsidiary of United Arrows) is Reebok's Club C, which has been the foundation of choice for previous collaborations.
Tastes haven't changed, it appears, as the Club C 85 is reintroduced for reinvigoration, because classics, too, deserve some beauty and youth.
Unlike the pair's last collaboration, which featured a mashup of "Sandstone" suede with silver and white embellishments, this current incarnation, because to its wheat-like suede construction, is a fantastic addition to seasonal rotations.
Beige suede covers the underlays and overlays from front to back, with white lining, laces, and a matching midsole, all of which are connected together by an ever-popular gum outsole.
The Club C usually looks best in blocked-out colorways — it's an all-white leather sneaker, after all, and this version is no exception.
They remind me of the annual Nike Air Force 1 "Wheat," which is always a must-have in the winter.
