The Off-White x Air Jordan 4 "Bred" Could Be Releasing Soon

When Virgil Abloh's "Figures of Speech" exhibition debuted at MCA Chicago in June 2019, sneakerheads all over the world were attracted by the "AN ARRAY OF AIR" installation, which included some of the American designer's prototypes. From previously unseen Air VaporMax samples to the legendary Off-White x Air Jordan 1 High "Canary," one sneaker stood out above the rest: the Off-White x Air Jordan 4 "Bred."

Nobody could have foreseen that a worldwide epidemic would take up both years, which were originally scheduled to occur in 2020 and 2021. Having said that, after over 700 days of nothing but supply chain troubles and huge delays, it appears like the much-anticipated Air Jordan 4 may finally be on the way - at least according to the newest rumors.

Off-White last took on the AJ4 with the "Sail" last summer. Abloh will be duplicating this great recipe to the forthcoming "Bred," a sneaker that swiftly became one of the most hyped of that year. The shoe, inspired by the original "Bred" from 1989, has been infused with the deconstructed flare that the Milan-based company is known for.

Grey ripstop mudguards encircle the toebox, while transparent rubber pieces can be found throughout for extra depth. Red accents the tongue and Air midsole, while the heel has the classic Nike emblem. To top it off, this AJ4 comes with a glossy black zip tie, which has become associated with Virgil's brand.

The Off-White x Nike Air Jordan 4 "Black Red" is now in development and is set to release around the end of 2022, according to our sources.
