Aside from the high-octane collaborations we've seen from Nike and Jordan Brand, the return of OG colorways—most notably on the Air Jordan 1, AJ3s, AJ4s, and 5s—has been one of the things that has kept the Air Jordan series relevant today. Even models with a cult following, such as the Air Jordan 6, have gotten throwback releases that appeal to both long-time sneakerheads and newbies.
The Air Jordan 6 "Midnight Navy" takes center stage, a colorway that has remained inactive since its debut in 2000 but is getting ready for its first-ever retro release.
The AJ6 "Midnight Navy," which has been out of production for 21 years, includes a white leather base with classic perforated elements on specific portions of the sides. The Jumpman-branded lace toggles, tongues, and heels, as well as elements of the Air midsole unit underfoot, all have a deep blue tone. The Air Jordan VI's court-and-street ready design is completed with transparent ice blue rubber treading.
Will you be wearing the Air Jordan 6 "Midnight Navy" in your next pair of kicks?
