The Superstar Of Sean Wotherspoon Is Black In Black

Sean Wotherspoon and adidas Originals bring back their first collaboration shoe, the Superstar, this time with a black foundation. Many of the elements from the initial co-branded Superstar have been carried over, including colorful flower embroidery, a bright orange tongue tag, and an earth-inspired design put over the laces.

The project's patchwork motif, which was inspired by Wotherspoon's passion of upcycling and flea market searching, is reflected in the chaotic details. To far, Wotherspoon's adidas partnerships have all included some type of environmentally beneficial approach. The Superstar in this case is made from remnants from prior crafts. The tongue of the sneaker is fashioned from old adidas Samba sneakers, combining Wotherspoon's passion for football with his passion for fashion and product design.

Sean Wotherspoon's adidas SUPEREARTH Superstar will be available in a second colorway on October 28.
