Three Colorways Of The Travis Scott x Nike Air Trainer 1 Are Rumored To Be Released

Travis Scott, the well-known American rapper, and Nike, the well-known Swoosh brand, are teaming up once again to take on the 1987 classic cross-training shoe, the Nike Air Trainer 1. According to reports from respected sneaker insider @py rates_, the Travis Scott x Nike Air Trainer 1 SP will be released in three colorways.

While they are only early mock-ups for now, the first version has a "Coriander" color scheme, which might be the closest match to La Flame's never-before-seen Air Trainer 1 Mid "Cactus Jack Brown" we spotted on his feet in New York last month.

The "Light Smoke Grey" comes next, with the eponymous color and a hint of "Honeydew" on the underlays. Finally, the "Dark Smoke Grey" uses a lot of black and grey. The three-piece Nike collaboration features Travis Scott's distinctive reverse Swoosh design and the silhouette's signature foot-securing strap.

Many would say that the Air Trainer model is no longer at the forefront of the sneaker business, but with collabs indisputably dominating the streetwear empire, would this upcoming Travis Scott x Nike collab herald the return of Tinker Hatfield's '87 design?
