The New Balance 327 Might Got Its Best Look With Paisley

It's easy to forget how many sleek designs New Balance has under its belt because to the 99x series' unwavering appeal. Sure, the Made in US 992's greyscale suede upper is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about NB, but it doesn't make the 327 any less memorable.

Collaboration has been crucial in maintaining the New Balance arsenal at the forefront of our thoughts. Because of co-branded products from Extra Butter and The Basement, the 2002R, for example, has had a very good year.

Brand that enjoys going to the beach Casablanca has also been a significant player in this sector, with the XC-72 and 327 receiving a lot of attention. The 327 had its first patterning treatment under Casablanca's watchful supervision, and it was a welcome addition.

The NB 327 is getting another patterned remix for the first time since this partnership. The shoe has a split design that pays homage to Harvey Dent's Two-Face, with one side black and the other off-white/grey.

Black suede overlays and a monochromatic paisley design cover the underlays on the black section of the shoe, framing the big black leather "N" emblem at the midfoot and providing a strong contrast to the nothingness on the opposite side.

Hopefully, this signals a shift in the silhouette's direction, with stronger interpretations of the traditional form following the Casablanca stamp.
