The 25th James Bond film, No Time to Die, was announced what seems like an eternity ago. The film experienced several delays with the resignation of Danny Boyle and John Hodge from the project due to artistic disagreements, as well as the snowball impact of the COVID-19 epidemic.
Bond is finally returning to the big screen, two years after the title's initial release. The release is not without a swarm of aesthetic collaborations, as has been typical with the international spy's film escapades.
Recently, our attention was drawn to the impending James Bond x adidas Running Collection, which, to be honest, fell short of expectations. There are more collaborations to select from, including Omega, Swatch, and Crockett & Jones, to mention a few. It can be difficult to achieve the point given the character's propensity for precise tailoring and high-octane action – but Danner understood the task.
Given the brand's history of supplying high-performance tactical boots to the military, it seemed only natural for Bond to wear them on his current assignment. The 007 Tanicus is based on Danner's popular Tanicus boot and combines sturdy suede and ballistic nylon with a breathable mesh inside in an all-black finish.
Although Q will not personally deliver these, the limited-edition collectors package may offer a taste of what it's like to dress up as 007.
